We always keep all information and details concerning clients confidential.
At V.B. Ballesteros y Asociados, we understand your concerns about the privacy of personal information. Because of this, we have established internal guidelines concerning the collection, use and security of our client’s information. Our policy is to respect the privacy of our clients.
We may ask you for personal information such as your name, marital status, occupation, date of birth or address because we need this information for carrying out our work, but we will never wilfully disclose individually identifiable information about our clients to any third party.
It is our priority to keep client’s information confidential and use it only to work on their behalf. We will always respect your privacy and any information about an individual’s legal / tax situation will always remain confidential between us and the client.
INTEGRITY & SECURITY:
We keep clients’ money in a separate Escrow account and all transactions take place through our Company Or Escrow Account and through the personal accounts of our clients.
